I wouldn't be without a diffuser, not only does it help the house smell nice all year round we all get benefits of the essential oils. We've two kiddie winks who take great pleasure in out "farting" the other, it can get rather wiffy :p
Here are my top reasons for using the diffuser daily:
1. Pain Relief
I use the oils topically (direct to skin) most of the day and like everything your body starts to get use to any routines, so it's a great way of changing things up and using the diffuser extends the effects of oils. Also a great way to aid persistent pain, sore joints, stiffness, headaches.
